About This Immersion
Five Days — Going Genuinely Deeper
The 5-Day Raja Yoga Deepening Immersion extends the 3-day journey with two additional dimensions — Nada (sound as inner practice) and Antar Mouna (inner silence) — giving the body and mind genuine time to integrate.
All practices are offered within the Swami Samarpan lineage for Kundalini Yoga and the broader Sivananda tradition. The programme is non-residential and integrates with Triyambakam's regular daily schedule.
Five days allows a genuine rhythm to form — one where rest, movement and stillness work together not just as daily practice but as a lived experience of what Sadhana actually means.
"Five days is enough time to stop performing practice and begin living it."

Day 5 is dedicated entirely to integration and designing a personal home Sadhana. The extra days also allow the body and mind to genuinely settle into a rhythm rather than just tasting the practice.
