About the Retreat

More Than a Yoga Holiday

Raja Yoga Sādhana is an immersive journey into the classical paths of yoga and the discipline of conscious living. It moves beyond physical posture to explore how action, devotion, self-inquiry, breath, meditation and silence can become one integrated practice.

Each day introduces a distinct theme while maintaining a steady daily rhythm. Traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama, meditation, Karma Yoga, Yoga Nidra, journaling and satsang help participants slow down, observe the mind and cultivate greater steadiness.

The program is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners who are open to a sincere, structured routine. Advanced flexibility or previous meditation experience is not required.

“At Triyambakam, yoga is not performance — it is presence. Not posture alone — but prayer in motion.”
