About the Retreat

An Authentic Path Into Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is one of the most profound paths within the yogic tradition. Rather than seeking extraordinary experiences, it invites us to cultivate awareness, balance prāṇa (vital energy), and prepare the body and mind for deeper states of meditation.

This three-day retreat is inspired by the traditional teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga, informed by the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati and Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, and offered with respect for the authentic yogic tradition. Through Hatha Yoga, prāṇāyāma, mantra chanting, guided meditation and karma yoga, participants begin to experience greater clarity, inner stability and a deeper connection with themselves.

Suitable for yoga and meditation practitioners, yoga teachers, and anyone drawn to the traditional path of Kundalini Yoga. No prior experience with Kundalini Yoga is required, although participants should be open to a disciplined daily routine and sincere personal practice.

“Shakti Sādhana is not about chasing extraordinary experiences — it is about cultivating steadiness, awareness, and inner transformation through the timeless practices of traditional yoga.”
