What You'll Practice

6 Practices — 3 Days — One Progressive Journey

Each session builds on the last, taking you progressively from the physical body into deeper awareness.

🧘

Hatha Yoga

Traditional asana and alignment — morning and evening. The physical foundation of the day, growing progressively more inward across the 3 days.

🌬

Pranayama

Breath observation, nadi awareness and foundational pranayama — preparing body and mind for Kundalini and meditation practice.

🔔

Sound Healing

Midday sound, vibration and nada — allowing the nervous system to move from active practice into deep receptivity and meditative listening.

🔥

Kundalini Yoga

Asana, kriya, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra and meditation — approached as a complete integrated practice, not just a physical class.

📖

Yoga Philosophy

Evening satsang connecting each day's practical experience with yogic understanding — Raja Yoga, prana and the householder's path.

🌿

Karma Yoga

Mindful selfless service integrated into the programme — gardening, mindful work and awareness in action as a formal yogic discipline.

About This Immersion

A Yogic Weekend for the Modern Householder

The 3-Day Raja Yoga Immersion is designed for people who have families, careers, responsibilities and ordinary lives — but still wish to experience a disciplined and authentic yogic journey.

At Triyambakam, all practices are offered within the Swami Samarpan lineage for Kundalini Yoga and the broader Sivananda tradition — bringing together the wisdom of Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra and Nada.

The programme is non-residential — participants stay in their own accommodation in Rishikesh and join the daily sessions at Triyambakam. This structure allows the immersion to fit around your life, not replace it.

"The purpose is not to escape life for a few days — it is to learn how to bring awareness into life."
3-Day Itinerary

Day by Day Journey

Three days, three themes — each building progressively on the last.
